College magazine planning notes

My college magazine;

The name of the magazine is EN Info and for the writing I am using black and blue. I am using those colours as my background image which is the cover of the magazine is light. My magazine will contain a contents page; listing all of the things which will be included in my college magazine. The magazine should also have;
- Up and coming events
- Exam notices
- Advice page
- Feature page of images from the college week
- Life after college(focused on old students)
- Competition page
- Best dressed college students of the week

I have decided that the magazine will be a weekly magazine, and the price will be £1 due to cost of printing. Every week the magazine will feature different EN students on the cover page and students in the magazine also. There will be a 'write to us' page in which students can suggest new ideas for the magazine, which we will take on board and if we like any of the ideas, they can be published in the future. I have decided I want the magazine written in a comedic way so it can make students laugh and cheer them up, if they're having a stressful day, as college can often be. The competitions will take place weekly and could be anything to writing a letter to us, sending us a funny picture or taking part in an activity we've set up. Each week there will be a final winner, in which they can win concert tickets, cinema tickets, free food/drink or vouchers.
